Steel crank with folding handle, spring operated load pressure brake which is silent in operation and weather resistant if regularly oiled (WD40).
Crank has infinitely adjustable movement with very responsive brake initiation.
Does not require a ratchet assembly.
Will sustain the load at any point, to raise turn clockwise, to lower turn anticlockwise.
When you stop turning the brake automatically hold the position.
