I have an HA-AG45 installed to raise and lower a chandelier, I can raise it and it ratchets into place, but I cant lower it, as it appears to be fixed. Is there something I need to do to allow this to happen.

Hi Joe, kindly send your contact details to sales@lifting-products.com or call our office and we will be able to provide technical assistance. There is an automatic load pressure brake on this winch. If installed correctly you should just raise by turning the handle clockwise, and to release just turn the handle anti clockwise. if there has been some shock loading for any reason the brake could be closed tight. Many thanks, James.
